Als je twee of meer rackets koopt in de winkel zijn deze nooit exact gelijk. Ook als ze van het zelfde model en merk zijn. Ze kunnen van elkaar verschillen op Gewicht, Balans en het Swing-weight. Door het laten customizen van jou rackets kunnen ze gematcht worden of worden aangepast aan jouw wensen. Hierdoor heb je geen racket die je favoriete racket is, maar alle rackets zijn dan hetzelfde.
Rackets customizen is het luisteren naar wat de speler wil en het racket zo maken dat het racket aan zijn of haar wensen voldoet. Om een racket goed te customizen voor een speler zal je diens spel en wensen moeten kennen. Voor onder andere deze spelers heb ik de rackets gecustomized:
